What to Expect After Placing an Order
After placing your order, our merchandising team will confirm availability of your order for your specific wear date. Within one (1) business day after your order is placed, our team will respond confirming availability and provide an estimated ship date. Your card will not be charged until your order is verified. We require a "wear date" with each order so we can ensure your chosen items will be available in time for your event. This is the date on which you need your item or the latest that you will accept the item. If you don’t have a specific wear date, please put “N/A” for your wear date. We will still do our best to fulfill your order as soon as the items are available to ship.
Stock & Availability
Availability varies by designer, style, color, size, etc., and also changes quickly during peak seasons (prom, homecoming, etc). Make your selection early if possible. If we have temporarily sold out of your dress choice in the size or color ordered, we will notify you immediately. Feel free to contact us to check availability prior to ordering, or complete your online order and we’ll respond with availability and an estimated ship date. You WILL NOT be charged until your order is verified.
In general, most items can be fulfilled within ten business days, but occasionally, fulfillment can take up to 8 weeks. This is rare and our team will notify you if your fulfillment will take longer than 10 days. It’s always best to plan ahead for big events and order in plenty of time.
If you're ordering for Prom, it's best to do your shopping in January or February. For Homecoming, shop in June or July.
Free Ground Shipping
Standard ground shipping within the United States is FREE for orders totalling $150 or more and sent via FedEx. If you would like to expedite your shipping, please email or call for assistance. Depending on the chosen method, additional fees may apply. Couture House does not currently ship outside the U.S. For accessories and lower priced items, shipping prices will usually be listed in the shipping dropdown.
Online Return Policy
- • Notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your return including the tracking information for your return shipment WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of your online order. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- • Use FedEx or UPS to ship your return (USPS returns not acceptable).
- • Return the dress in the same condition as received with no signs of wear and original tags attached.
- • Repack the dress in the protective plastic bag in which it was shipped to you.
*We are unable to process returns for dresses from the following collections: Ivonne D Montage by Mon Cheri, Social Occasions by Mon Cheri and Cameron Blake by Mon Cheri.
